Accessibility

Help us make the next step easier to use.

InsuranceFlow is being built for people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, and enlarged text. This page explains what we test and where more work remains.

Use the website your way

Use the skip link to reach the main content. Navigation menus support Tab, arrow keys, and Escape. You can enlarge text or zoom the page; responsive layouts are designed to wrap. Reduced-motion preferences keep the walkthrough under your control.

What our checks cover

Local Chromium checks cover representative desktop and mobile widths, keyboard navigation, 200% zoom, visible labels, text contrast, and the fictional workflow. Automated checks help find problems but do not prove that every person can use every page.

Tell us about a barrier

Use the Contact page and choose General inquiries. Include the page, the task you were trying to complete, and your browser or assistive technology if you want to share it. Do not include customer records, health information, policy documents, or other sensitive information. The current local inquiry preview provides an on-screen receipt only; email delivery is not configured.

Work still to verify

Real screen-reader testing, additional browsers and devices, and production release checks remain part of our accessibility work. We do not claim an independent accessibility certification or universal WCAG conformance.
