For technology partners

Build around a shared operational context.

Explore a carrier-neutral integration approach for agencies, distributors, and the software teams supporting them. Production access requires an agreed scope and verified authorization.

Separate adapters from the case workflow

A carrier adapter translates an external message into a normalized status and requirement update. The case and exception engines then apply their own transition and ownership rules. This separation lets partner-specific mappings evolve without embedding them throughout the core workflow.

Agree on the contract before connecting

A technical evaluation should establish the permitted organizations, application identifiers, event semantics, and failure behavior before any production exchange begins.

  • Identity, membership, and resource authorization.
  • Status mappings, message identifiers, timestamps, and correlation references.
  • Duplicate handling, retries, monitoring, and operational ownership.

Evaluate with fictional records first

The public sandbox demonstrates fixture-based carrier events and a CSV mapping preview. It does not provide partner credentials, import real records, or connect to an external carrier. Use it to discuss the intended workflow before a scoped technical pilot.
