Website terms

Terms for using this pre-release website and its fictional product tour. This draft has not been approved and is not yet in force.

Who we are

This website is operated by [TO BE CONFIRMED] (legal name, registered address, company number and jurisdiction). Contact: [TO BE CONFIRMED].

A pre-release preview

This website describes InsuranceFlow capabilities, many of which are proposed or in development. Availability is stated on each page. Nothing here is an offer of a production service, and production access requires a separate written agreement.

The fictional product tour

The public product tour uses invented agencies, customers, cases and carriers. It does not connect to any carrier, does not message any customer and does not take any payment. Do not use it, or anything it shows, for real insurance work.

No insurance, legal or financial advice

InsuranceFlow does not sell, recommend, underwrite or bind insurance, and does not decide whether a product is suitable for anyone. Website content is general information, not insurance, legal, tax or financial advice. Self-declared information does not establish a licence or authority to sell, submit, bind or service an insurance product.

Accounts and acceptable use

If you are given an account, keep your sign-in details secure and use only the organization access you have been granted. Do not attempt to access other organizations' information, probe or disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or submit other people's personal information without a lawful basis.

We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or its users.

Requests you send us

When you send a demo, contact or support request, you confirm the information is accurate and that you may share it. See the privacy notice for how it is handled. Do not send customer records, policy documents, health or financial information, or passwords.

Intellectual property

The website, its content and the InsuranceFlow name are owned by [TO BE CONFIRMED] or its licensors. Third-party components are used under their own licences.

Liability

The website is provided as is during the pre-release period. Limitations of liability, warranties, and the consumer protections that cannot be excluded are [TO BE CONFIRMED] and require legal review.

Governing law and changes

Governing law and jurisdiction: [TO BE CONFIRMED]. These terms will be replaced by approved terms before production use; the date above changes with each version.
