Is the tour connected to real customers or carriers?
No. The public tour uses fictional records and simulated carrier events. It does not use real agency data or send a carrier transaction. Carrier names in the simulator are fictional. Do not enter personal customer information or real insurance documents.
Does completing a customer task satisfy the carrier requirement?
Not by itself. Customer submission moves fictional evidence into human review. Accepted internal review then allows simulated carrier acknowledgement. Only the accepted carrier response satisfies the demonstrated requirement. None of these steps independently issues a policy.
Can my organization use the production workspace today?
Production workspace access is not offered by this public website. A pilot needs verified identity and organization permissions, an appropriate environment, and agreed data-handling controls. A demo request is an inquiry, not account creation. Planned AI assistance, production uploads, and access-dependent carrier integrations are not enabled by the public tour.
