Assistance that keeps people in control.

A proposed direction for helping insurance teams understand case context and prepare their next action. No live AI assistant or automated insurance recommendation is available on this website.

Start with the work an agent can review

Potential assistance includes summarizing application history, explaining an outstanding requirement, and preparing a follow-up draft. Each output would need to identify its supporting information and remain editable by an authorized person.

  • Case summaries grounded in permitted records.
  • Plain-language explanations of requirements and event history.
  • Draft communications that require human review before sending.

Permissions before prompts

Any future assistant must receive only the information the signed-in user can access. Tenant isolation, resource authorization, evidence handling, and evaluation must be verified before real agency data is used. An assistant must not broaden a user's permissions.

The current public tour uses deterministic fictional events to demonstrate requirement detection, customer submission, human review, and simulated carrier acknowledgement. It does not call an AI model, make suitability decisions, or establish coverage or carrier acceptance.
